We are an identify-affirming, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, non-pathological group practice in Highland Park, Los Angeles. We offer in-person and virtual sessions to those residing in Northeast Los Angeles and virtually for those living in California. Using a combination of experiential and attachment-focused modalities like Internal Family Systems therapy and Emotional Focused Therapy for couples, and cognitive-behavioral focused modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we specialize in working with individual adults, teens, and couples. We believe people are experts of their own experiences and that long-lasting change is built on a compassionate and trusting relationship with themselves first.
