Apricity Psychology

Apricity Psychology is a trauma-informed therapy practice that specializes in helping adults aged 18-40 break free from patterns and behaviors that no longer serve them. Through a feminist-based therapeutic lens, we create safe and authentic relationships that empower clients to become the experts of their own healing journey. Our approach recognizes trauma as a universal experience that often underlies concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, and low self-esteem.
