Welcome, I’m Chris. I am here to support you on your path to well-being I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling for Villanova University. My role as a LPC is to support you and your mental health goals. I collaborate with you to understand unhealthy behaviors, challenging feelings, and harmful negative self-talk while working to identify the underlying issues that can be addressed through resilience-focused, strength-based practices rooted in evidence-based modalities. Always view the client through a trauma-informed lens. At some point during our lives, many of us can struggle with feeling not good enough, low self-esteem, depression, unhealthy behaviors, relationship issues, or even challenges because of one’s gender or sexual orientation. Without judgment or agenda, I listen to what may be holding you back in life and help you find a solution that shifts your thought processes, builds your self-worth, and reinforces.
