Dr Vered Schildkraut is a Paediatric Gastroenterologist working at Monash Children’s Hospital and in private practice. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, and a member of the Gastroenterology Society of Australia. Vered completed her general paediatric training in Israel, and gained certification for general Paediatrics and for Paediatric Gastroenterology in Australia, training at The Royal Children's Hospital and Monash Children's Hospital. Dr Vered is an experienced and committed paediatric gastroenterologist, managing infants, children and teenagers with a range of GI and liver conditions, including Coeliac disease, constipation, eosinophilic oesophagitis, functional gut disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, reflux and nutritional problems. Vered is accredited to perform Paediatric gastroscopy, colonoscopy and capsule endoscopy. She performs diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures at Monash Children’s and at Cabrini Hospital Malvern.
