Factory Superstar is a cloud based MRP system that manages many parts of production for small and micro manufacturers. You add an item to an order and it calculates what is needed to make it down to the most minor subcomponent, even if it’s a custom product. It checks the inventory and tells your office team what they need to order, and it automatically assigns work to, and allows you to communicate with, your shop floor team via low cost tablet PCs you install in your workshop. It provides manufacturers with a complete audit trail of who made what, and when, and even records how long they took and how much it cost to make it.
