The belt's surface is calendared with the appropriate Rubber, which increases the belt's wear resistance and improves its frictional properties. In order to increase the operating and burst pressure of the hoses, high tenacity filament yarns are employed in our manufacture. Compared to steel wire-reinforced hoses, textile reinforcements provide greater flexibility, simplicity of manufacturing, and a high strength-to-weight ratio. Our unique dip treatments offer the hose yarn excellent adherence to various rubber substrates, such as NR, CR, SBR, CSM, EPDM, etc.
