Jacketing fabrics are used to manufacture V-belts. We have a wide range of Vbelt fabrics including cotton and polyester cotton jacketing fabrics for Vbelts. Power Transmission Belts are generally produced using jacketing fabrics. The belt's surface is calendared with the appropriate Rubber, which increases the belt's wear resistance and improves its frictional properties. The textiles are constructed of high strength poly-cotton yarns with counts ranging from 6 to 20 and are plain woven into squares.
