We believe, Yoga is a powerful tool that not only includes Asanas & Pranayama but also shows us how to live our lives the best way possible. We are able to share ancient Yogic philosophies with you. Through our online free, practical yoga classes, we aim to create a positive learning environment. We have the best yoga instructors around the globe. Every Thursday, we offer free online classes on yogic philosophy (mainly Patanjali Yoga Sutra and Sankhya Yoga Sutra) where we discuss the application of these philosophies to everyday life.
