Madrone

Madrone is built to an unparalleled level of quality, with residences that are bright, airy, and sustainably designed for your well-being. Madrone is the Central District’s first Passive House build, meaning it uses 50% less energy, filters out more noise than standard buildings and has superior indoor air quality. The green roofs and courtyards are created to be extensions of your abode, providing refreshing spaces to relax, reconnect, and take pleasure in Seattle's lush hills.
