A plumber is a tradesperson who specializes in installing and maintaining systems for drinking water, sewage, and drainage. Plumbers are responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fittings, and fixtures that are used for the distribution of potable water, as well as the drainage of waste water.
