Wild North Men's Therapy

The aim of Wild North Men's Therapy is to help men show up in the world and in their relationships with greater connection to love, courage, compassion, and awareness. We take an integrative approach to therapy because there's no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, art and music therapy, and strength-based practices, we tailor our work to fit your goals, personality, and pace. Together, we'll find what makes therapy meaningful and effective for you. Wild North Men's Therap practice offers individual counselling and men's circles (groups of 8–9).
