PLUNJ Park City is a Nordic-inspired cold plunge/hot sauna studio. Our contrast therapy regimen is HOT COLD REST REPEAT wherein clients experience the exhilaration of 50 degree Fahrenheit water and a 200 degree sauna. We serve electrolytes in the sauna and pour water with essential oils onto the sauna rocks, creating a steamy treat for your nose.
