When we hold a panorama of panic attack, we picture a person running around hyperventilating and sweating or even collapsing to show his distress flamboyantly. However, not every panic attack would look like this. Others are more subdued, covert and more difficult to detect. This is what is termed as a silent panic attack. They are no less real or traumatic than their more noticeable counterparts and yet remain unnoticed even to the affected individual.
