Chef Alycia Nicole is Owner and Chef of Foodie Engineer, where she is a private/personal chef and caterer. Chef Alycia Nicole was a finalist on The Rachael Ray Show’s Culinary School Tuition Competition in 2015. This exciting opportunity solidified her passion and desire to pursue an education in culinary. Alycia is a recent graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education in New York. When she’s not cooking, Chef Alycia Nicole works as an food engineer.
