Our clients are usually large global organizations dealing with many, many new product programs simultaneously, that would like to greatly improve their innovation or speed of their product development teams. We help our clients understand the barriers to improved new product success and then we design plans to solve them usually through workshops or training.
The company was founded by John Carter, formerly of BOSE, where he worked to invent noise cancelling headphones. John helped Apple design and train product development teams as part of his design and implementation of "Apple's New Product Process".
