Josh started in the construction industry at age 15, and from that point forward it became his life. Over the years being involved in numerous projects of various sizes and scopes Josh and Katie realized that there was a need for a different kind of contracting company – one that prioritized the homeowner. Northface’s journey began on January 10th, 2010, and then received its builders license in 2013. As the business grew and more homeowners needed help, Katie left her job and joined full-time to help Josh. In 2017, Northface hired their first employee then the very next year hit 100 projects. Fast forward to 2019, the team upgraded their office location and hit 150 projects, and has been growing quickly and widely ever since.
