Twitter will use blue, silver and gold badges on Verified Accounts

Elon Musk announced that the account certification of the social network Twitter will once again be a reality starting next December 2, and this time with distinctive blue, pink and gold. Each color will correspond to a type of account.

Companies with certified account on Twitter will have a golden seal. It will be a crack for governments, and real users (be they celebrities or people who pay for the Twitter Blue subscription) will have a blue crack.

In another tweet, the executive clarified that all verified individual accounts have the same blue seal, but some may eventually display “a small secondary logo to indicate that they belong to an organization, verified as such by that organization.”

Another notable change, Elon Musk announces that Twitter will manually validate each account before certifying it. Isso muta or that was in force until now, where anyone could pay or Twitter Blue and have a blue crack with a verified account.

The truth is that this situation will cause a lot of confusion, with several accounts we will face brands or personalities. “It’s painful, but necessary,” justified the new patron of Twitter.

Let’s see if everything will run as of December 2 for the return of the account certification program. Since the purchase of the billionaire platform, several large brands have interrupted their spending with advertising on the social network, mainly fearing that they will be associated with toxic content due to the relaxation of content moderation.
