Facebook Messenger’s New Feature: Play Games While You Video Call

For a long time, Facebook Messenger has some games that can be played with your contacts. However, the latter were never very popular with users, despite their undeniable community potential. Meta intends to fix this issue with a new major update. In a post on its blog, the company actually announced that it will now be possible to launch a list of multiplayer titles during a video call.
For now, this list consists of 14 games, including the popular Exploding Kittens and Words with Friends. Also includes Card Wars as well as Mini Golf FRVR. To take advantage of it, just start a video call with one of your contacts and click on the games tab in the application. The game selection then appears on the screen, just negotiate with your contact to choose which one you want to play.
Once the game is started, it takes up most of the screen, while the participants’ faces are redirected to the bottom, or top. Note that if all currently available titles are multiplayer, not all allow the same number of players to be played. Some are limited to two, while others can accommodate more people.
Furthermore, this list is not fixed and will be expanded in the future, although Facebook has not provided a precise roadmap on this point. Note, however, that none of the games offered need to be installed on your device, as they are included directly in Facebook Messenger, whether in its version for Android, iOS or even the web.
