Samsung releases Android 13 for the Galaxy M12

Samsung releases Android 13 for the Galaxy M12

This time it is the Galaxy M12 to be presented with the update to Android 13. Samsung is willing to fulfill the promise of having the vast majority of its smartphones updated by the end of the year.

For those who don’t know, this Galaxy M12 is a smartphone that was announced in May 2021, and as with all South Korean equipment, Android 13 arrives in the form of One UI 5.0, since that’s the interface from the South Korean manufacturer. The device’s firmware moves to compilation M127FXXU3CVL2.

In addition to Android 13 and One UI 5.0, the smartphone also receives the security patches from last November, that is, they are not the most recent patches made available by Google. Firmware is being made available in Russia. However, it is highly likely that in the next few days the same will happen in other markets all over the world. You can check manually on your device if the update is already available, for that you just need to go to Settings – Software update – Download and install.

This is the second major update for this device, since it hit the market with Android 11, as such, it should still be entitled to at least one more major update.
