There’s Android 13 (One UI 5.0) for the Samsung Galaxy A52

Less than a year after making Android 12 available, Samsung has now started to make Android 13 available for the Galaxy A52. As always, this new version of Google’s mobile operating system arrives on the device in the form of One UI, which this time has version 5.0.

For now, the Samsung Galaxy A52 is receiving the aforementioned update in Russia, but it is expected to reach other markets in the coming days. In addition to Android 13, and all the news that comes with it, the update in question arrives with the security patch for the month of November 2022.

This is the second major Android update for the Galaxy A52, as the phone was launched in 2021 with Android 11, and in January of this year it received the update to Android 12, and now, 10 months later, it receives Android 13.

As always, to manually check if the update is available just open your phone’s settings, go to Software Update, and then hit Download & Install.

For those unfamiliar with the Galaxy A52, it features a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O screen with FullHD+ resolution, with 1080×2400 pixels. In addition, the screen of this smartphone has a refresh rate of 90Hz and 800nits of brightness.

Inside we have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710G which is accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a MicroSD card of up to 1TB.

In total we have 5 photo sensors, 4 at the rear and 1 at the front. At the rear, the main sensor has 64MP (AF, OIS, f / 1.8 aperture), which is accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide sensor with f / 2.2 aperture, a 5MP macro sensor with f / 2.4 aperture and a 5MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture with up to 10x digital zoom. At the front, we have a 32MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture.
