For use in industrial hoses, we produce dipped and undipped hose yarns made of polyester, rayon, aramid, and PVA. In order to increase the operating and burst pressure of the hoses, high tenacity filament yarns are employed in our manufacture. Compared to steel wire-reinforced hoses, textile reinforcements provide greater flexibility, simplicity of manufacturing, and a high strength-to-weight ratio. Our unique dip treatments offer the hose yarn excellent adherence to various rubber substrates, such as NR, CR, SBR, CSM, EPDM, etc.

Jacketing fabrics are used to manufacture V-belts. We have a wide range of Vbelt fabrics including cotton and polyester cotton jacketing fabrics for Vbelts. Power Transmission Belts are generally produced using jacketing fabrics. The belt's surface is calendared with the appropriate Rubber, which increases the belt's wear resistance and improves its frictional properties. The textiles are constructed of high strength poly-cotton yarns with counts ranging from 6 to 20 and are plain woven into squares.
