In the past, the automatic cartoning machines, though designed for carton packing
automation, still call for certain manual works. For example, the operator has to play
with numerous bearings screws and tools when it comes to configuring the machine
for a different carton size and style and must test the machine again so that it is
adapted perfectly to it. A modern solution is that through a human-machine
interaction panel the operator only has to click on it the machine will set itself
automatically to the previously saved recipe where data has been stored with the
PLC can realize the format changeover.
