Founded in 2013, by Carlos and Laurissa Cardenas our family history can be traced back to the La Rioja region in Northern Spain and Ventimiglia, Sicily. We grew up with big family meals and a love of great traditional foods from our native countries. The Cardenas Oil & Vinegar Taproom is our way of sharing the traditions and products that we love and have grown up with, coupled with some new world culinary delights that we have found along the way!
