Established in 1866, Somers Forge has grown to become one of the worlds leading open die forge-masters. With over 150 years of experience, Somers Forge has a well renowned reputation internationally, by successfully combining the very latest technology with traditional quality skills, establishing our status as a world force in engineering. The wide range of equipment enables forgings from as little as 1 kg to in excess of 80 tonnes in weight, with lengths going up to 23 metres. As well as offering heat treatment, machining and testing to supply customers with unique bespoke forgings ready to be installed.
