Our player development program is heavily focused on mastering the fundamentals of basketball: finishing, shooting, dribbling, passing, defense and rebounding. In addition to basketball skill training, we implement hand eye coordination, flexibility, balance, calisthenics, strength and conditioning, speed & power development into our training sessions to build an extremely well rounded basketball player and athlete. We offer 3 forms of training; one on one, group training and clinics.
