New Pathways for Youth is a Phoenix-based nonprofit transforming the lives of youth facing adversity through one-on-one mentoring and life-skills development. For over 30 years, we’ve empowered young people to break cycles of poverty, overcome trauma, and create brighter futures. Our evidence-based program matches youth with trained mentors who provide consistent, long-term support. Through goal-setting, career exploration, academic guidance, and personal growth workshops, youth gain the tools they need to succeed. We serve youth ages 13–21 with individualized support that builds confidence, resilience, and hope. Together, we’re creating a stronger, more equitable community—one life at a time.
