If the Orbi login address doesn’t open, make sure that your Orbi device has powered on. If it not, then press the power button available at the back of the router. The power LED on the router indicates that the router is powered on and ready to go. Locate an Orbi factory reset button on your Orbi router. Take a small clip to press the reset button for at least a few seconds. Press the factory reset button on your Netgear Orbi device using a paper clip. Press the reset button for not less than 20 seconds and then release.
