WhatsApp launches Whatsapp Surveys to receive feedback from the users

WhatsApp has developed WhatsApp surveys or WhatsApp Surveys, to receive feedback from the users of the application and have ideas about new functions, suggestions and uses that are given to the tool. If you do not want to answer the survey, nothing happens, there is no penalty of any kind.
The idea is that the surveys will be sent to you periodically through a WhatsApp Surveys chat.
Before participating, the application will inform the purpose of the questionnaire and if you want you can do it, if not nothing happens. You can also choose to unsubscribe from the broadcast list or block WhatsApp Surveys if you no longer want to receive invitations.
Who sends them?
It is important that you keep in mind that the survey actually comes from WhatsApp and not from a scam. To do this, make sure that it has the green check mark and that it is sent by the phone number +16505361212 or +16508638904. Otherwise, the app recommends reporting the fraud and blocking the sender.
WhatsApp is also looking for people to use the survey format within groups and it is expected that they will be available soon for other users.
According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is already working on the ability to do in-app surveys.
In fact, the preliminary versions indicate that it will work practically identically to Telegram, except that it will not work in individual chats. Maybe it’s more like it works on Instagram, where you create a question and set a series of options. It is not known exactly what kind of visual interface these polls will have, but they will be able to show the number of votes, who has responded and so on.
It cannot yet be determined when the feature will finally be released.
