Motorola announces the new Moto G Power 5G

Motorola has announced a new mid-range smartphone that will replace the Moto G Power (2022) and we are looking at a very well-equipped device. The new Moto G Power 5G is the first in this series to support 5G networks. In terms of technical specifications, the Moto G Power 5G has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with FullHD + resolution, with 1080×2400 pixels, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Inside we have a Mediatek chip, the Dimensity 930.

In terms of memory, we have 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded using a MicroSD card of up to 1TB. Still inside, we have a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging, which is carried out through its USB-C port. For photography, we have a triple camera system at the rear, in which the main sensor has 50MP with PDAF, which is accompanied by 2 sensors of 2MP, one for Macro photos and the other for depth. At the front, we have a 16MP sensor.

The Moto G Power 5G also has dual stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone port and support for Dolby Atmos. Its fingerprint sensor is mounted on the side. On the software side, it leaves the factory running Motorola My UX, which is based on Android 13.

Price and availability Moto G Power 5G

The new Motorola Moto G Power 5G will be available in the United States from April 13th and will soon arrive in Canada. However, there is no information about the possible arrival in other markets. The smartphone comes in two colors black and white and only in the configuration with 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space, offered at a list price of $ 299.99 (about 275 euros at current exchange rates).
