WhatsApp is set to bring a new feature to its users to migrate chat history from Android to Apple iOS devices soon. Learn how the new feature will work and how your work will be easier.

Instant messaging app WhatsApp is set to bring a new feature to its users to migrate chat history from Android to Apple iOS devices soon. The company first introduced it in October, which will allow iOS users to transfer their chats to Samsung and Google Pixel devices. According to the report of WABetaInfo, the company is working on a ‘move chat to iOS’ feature, which will ask permission of the user to import chat history. The shared screenshot has shown that users will get this option the first time, and if you skip these steps the first time, then you will not see this migration process later.

Even after this, to do this, you will have to download the ‘move to iOS app’, which will allow users to transfer contacts, message history, photos and email accounts in a secure way.

Once you select Migrate data, the app will create a search for private Wifi networks and nearby Android devices. Now select the one that is your device, and enter the security code and then the processor will start. Explain that during this session, users will have to keep their app and phone unlocked. Once this feature comes, Android users can shift to iOS devices without losing chat history.

WhatsApp’s new drawing tool is also coming soon..

Apart from this, WhatsApp is working on many new features to improve the experience of its users, including improving camera settings, playing voice notes in the background. Now the company is bringing the drawing tool in the new update. There will be a new pencil icon in it, so that something can be made on the image and video before forwarding it.

Although there is already a pencil feature in WhatsApp, after the new update comes, users will get thick and thin pencils, which will change the experience of drawing. Apart from this, the blur image tool will also be available in the coming time. This feature has been seen in WhatsApp beta Android 2.22.3.5 update, but was disabled by default. The feature is still in the development stage, and may soon be offered to beta testers.
