EPR Authorisation for E-waste Management | Enterclimate

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) authorization is an authorization given by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to manufacturers, importers and brand owners (PIBOs) of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). An ERP permit is mandatory and granted for the environmentally sound disposal of generated e-waste. ERP, a legislative strategy, is being implemented by developed countries to encourage and promote the reuse, recycling and environmentally sound disposal of E-waste.
