The purpose of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. Operating in Bognor Regis, activities include camping, outings, hikes, sailing, badge work, for children aged 6-17.

1st All Saints Sherburn in Elmet Scout Group provides a safe & secure venue and facilitates activities for young people from age 6-14The Scout Group consists of two Beavers colony's (6-8 yr), two Cub Pack (8-10 1/2 yr) and two Scout Troop (10 1/2- 14 yr) with adult leadersWe welcome young people of any faith

PROVISION OF SCOUTING ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE ANDOVER AREA FROM AGE 6 TO 15 YEARS AND PREPARING THEM FOR PROGRESSION TO EXPLORER SCOUTS.

We offer a wide variety of activities to our young people, in all our sections - from craftwork to camping and outdoor pursuits with the aim of developing skills for life . The young people are encouraged to learn new skills, have fun with their fellow scouts, both within the group & the wider scouting community, and to raise money for charity, for supporting the group and other local initiatives.
