The 18th Bristol Scout Group runs Beaver, Cub and Scout packs for children in Redland and Cotham, urban suburbs in north central Bristol. All three groups are fully subscribed and serve an area of Bristol which has no council supported youth centre or youth workers.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 18th Epping Forest South Scout Group give young people of Wanstead and Woodford the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

Weekly meeting of children and young people in groups to suit their ages. There are social, creative and informative activities such as craft, camping, visits to outdoor places of interest in the Maidenhead area. We follow the Scouting guidelines and are an active part of the wider scounting community.

Scouting
Scouting activities within sections for Scouts, Cubs and Beavers
Squirrel, Beaver, Cub and Scout sections, with activities undertaken according to the age group. Eg Squirrel and Beavers-indoor activities, craft activities and games; Cubs - map reading, activity badges, camp and outdoor skills; Scouts - activity badges (archery, shooting, swimming, caving, canoeing etc), cooking, competitions, camping, hikes.
We are a scout group operating in Truro. We have a beaver colony, a cub pack, a scout group and an explorer group totalling over 100 with 10 warranted leaders. We offer a wide range of scouting activities, particularly those water-borne and we run camps throughout the year. We actively manage scouts and explorers to achieve all levels of the DoE scheme and to participate in the Ten Tors event.
Our Scout group is a large and very active band of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts all based in Lymm, Cheshire and with links to the local Warrington East District Antarctic Explorer Unit.
