Provision of supported sheltered accommodation for up to 13 independent older people in 12 x studio flats and 1 x maisonette in one building, Harding House, in Exmouth, East Devon. Two cooked meals a day in communal dining room. Residents prepare own breakfasts. Communal lounge and garden. General and domestic support provided by staff - not 24 hours. Residents buy in personal care if needed.
Abbeyfield An Lac Community (AAC) provides supported housing for persons of Vietnamese or Asian origin who are suffering from the disabilities of old age, or otherwise in need of care. It operates An Lac House, established in Cambridge in 1997, with 10 single en-suite rooms for residents. AAC also runs a free day centre, and organises cultural and religious events for the local community.
The Abbeyfield Braintree Bocking and Felsted Society Limited is a charitable company registered social housing provider. The Society operates two very sheltered housing schemes, an extra care scheme and a retirement village, providing accommodation, care and companionship for older people who chose not to live alone.

These services are open to all older people in need regardless of their mental or physical frailty and include people with dementia and end of life care.
