Our aim is to encourage young physically and/or sensory disabled people between the ages of 16-25 yrs to build a social network of non-disabled friends through one to one buddying. We also encourage disabled youngsters to play a fuller role in their community through active participation in the running of the charity as well as taking part in and organising educational and group social activities.

Young and Sweet provide services to young people in Haltwhistle and the surrounding areas. Through informal learning young people will learn about and develop their emotional, physical and mental health. The young people will have the opportunity to be actively involved in their communities. Youth workers support young people to reach their goals through planning, support and encouragement.

Young at Heart offers help and support to families of babies and children receiving treatment for a cardiac condition at the Birmingham Children's Hospital. We provide ward visits for families and work with the Heart Unit at the Birmingham Childrens Hospital. Our aim is to bring the families together at social events, where they can meet with other families, share experiences and make new friends.

Young Bristol is a youth driven charity that works to offer a choice of opportunities and experiences for all young people. The primary aim of the Trust is to assist and support young carers who are providing a 'significant level of care' for a disabled or seriously ill family member.

To relieve the needs of young carers aged 8-18 in North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and the surrounding areas through the provision of support, recreational activities and the opportunity to meet with peers faced with similar situations.Young carers help look after someone in their family who has an illness, a disability, or is affected by mental ill-health or substance misuse.

The organisation will provide sporting opportunities to young people (predominantly Tennis) to allow them to take part in physical activity. In addition it will provide opportunities for young people to volunteer and provide help and support to other young people through sport.

OUR PURPOSE IS TO HELP ALL YOUNG PEOPLE LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL.THE MISSION OF THE YCW AND IMPACT IS LIVED OUT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WORKING WORLD AND STUDY; WHETHER THOSE IN PAID OR UNPAID WORK, THOSE SEEKING WORK, OR THOSE STUDYING IN SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY.

THE CHARITY ASSISTS ORPHANED OR VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE IN RWANDA BY PROVIDING ACCOMMODATION, FORMAL EDUCATION OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING. THEY LIVE IN THE ?FAMILY HOME?. THEY ARE TAUGHT KEY LIFE SKILLS SUCH AS FOOD HYGIENE, BUDGETING AND PERSONAL HEALTH. YCAT was set up in 1984 to identify, nurture and promote outstanding young soloists and ensembles at the outset of their professional careers. As an artist management service YCAT liaises with promoters in the UK and abroad. YCAT also presents concerts to showcase the artists it represents. After three years of representation YCAT aims to introduce the artists to suitable commercial management.

Young Enterprise

Young Enterprise empowers young people to harness their personal and business skills. We make the connection between school and the world of work, enabling young people to develop the knowledge and attitudes they need to succeed. More than 214,000 young people from across England and Wales have participated in a Young Enterprise learning experience this year supported by around 6,000 volunteers.

YFA has undertaken a project called Global Humanity Relief Fund. In order to help the flood victims in Pakistan. We aim to build up free homes for those who lost everything in recent floods. YFA other project is Free Blind Help Fund, helps the needy, poor, blind & disabled people.
