Utilisation of Alexandra Hall to provide a range of activities to the benefit of the local community and surrounding areas

To preserve for the public the natural, artistic and cultural amenities of the town of Alford and its surroundings

The charity has assisted other local charities and small schools by providing minibus transport which enables them to access recreational facilities and advance their general education. These groups have also made use of various equipment that the charity owns, such as bouncy castle, BBQ griddle, catering equipment and outdoor games.

To benefit the residents of Alford by bringing together the residents, voluntary and other organisations in an effort to provide social welfare and leisure to improve the life of the residents. To secure the building as a community centre at the historic Alford Corn Exchange and to maintain and manage the building for activities promoted by the charity in furtherance of the above objects.

To distribute the interest from a trust as a small grant to needy people who reside in the village of Whaddon in Cambridgeshire

To make grants for environmental and social causes in the county of Suffolk with a bias towards preservation or regeneration of the built heritage, amenity and landscape of the county. Grants to social causes are either for start-up projects, or for modest on-going support to groups involved in voluntary care, education, theatre, music and youth and community projects.

Provide a facility & location for local community groups to meet. Also hall available for hire for private functions.

Village Hall comprising: Main hall with stage and lighting; this can accommodate 100 persons seated at tables or 150 without. Committee room with access to own toilet and kitchenette. Fully equipped kitchen. Storage room.Disabled access and toilet which include baby changing facilities.Utilised for numerous local educational and recreational purposes including Play Group and Youth Club,

Hire of hall for functions; yoga, bingo, over 65 club, functions to raise money for village hall charity craft fairs.

To provide quality services and opportunities to enrich the life and meet the needs of itÔÇÖs members and the wider communities through environmental, leisure and community based activities. To include educational and social support / workforce training and involvement.

This charity maintains a building for community activities ranging from further education classes, leisure courses, pantomime, concerts, band practice, hall for local school's PE and drama, community events and fund raising events.

AS A SUPPORT STRUCTURE TO THE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT, AND A FUND RAISER FOR SPECFIC CAPITAL PROJECTS. AS A SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY GROUP WITHIN THE SCHOOL AND THE WIDER BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

The community centre is a friendly, vibrant, and successful multi purpose community resource situated in Tuckingmill. The Centre provides services to an area with significant social and economic deprivation, and aims to provide social, recreational and training opportunities for vulnerable inidividuals, and to promote improved physical, mental, economic, social and cultural wellbeing.

PROVIDE A CENTRAL POINT FOR PEOPLE TO MEET IN WEST SHIELDS AND PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES THAT WILL INCREASE THEIR WELL BEING

ASCDC developed the All Saints Centre and Village Square in the heart of Kings Heath, Birmingham. The aim of the charity is to provide iniatives and activities for the benefit of local inhabitants of Kings Heath and the wider community. The All Saints Community Project operates a community Cafe at the Community Centre and also provides a community space for information and advice, training, a computer centre, access to Food bank, English language classes, lunch club, children's activities and craft sessions.

All Saints Community Centre aims to improve the quality of life for local people by offering low cost affordable venue and services of educational, recreational, cultural and social nature. We work in consultation and partnership with the local government, community and statutory and voluntary organisations in London Borough of Lewisham and other adjacent areas of London.

Provision of a community hall for the benefit of the residents of Melbourn and surrounding area to promote leisure time, recreation and social welfare activities.

The Well Project is a community based project operating in Normanton, West Yorkshire.We provide positive activities for the community to engage with, aiming to build a stronger improved community for the future. Include Youth Clubs, Health Walks, Food Bank, Lunch Clubs, Friendship Groups, Coffee Mornings, Community Events and more.

ALL SAINTS NURSERY AT WINFARTHING VILLAGE HALL OPERATES 6 PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION SESSIONS PER WEEK DURING NORFOLK SCHOOL TERM TIME. THE NURSERY HAS CLOSE LINKS WITH THE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE VILLAGE AND SESSIONS ARE OPEN TO FAMILIES IN AND AROUND WINFARTHING. WE ARE REGISTERED WITH OFSTED TO ACCEPT CHILDREN FROM AGE 2 AND IN MARCH 2009 WE WERE AWARDED A RATING OF 'GOOD'. NURSERY GRANT IS WELCOMED.

The charities aim is to provide facilities for the general public to use or hire for particular interest groups. Our aim is that affordable high quality facilities are available for use by these individuals and groups. We aspire to encourage a wide range of interests.
