ADDERLEY VILLAGE HALL PROVIDES A COMMUNITY FACILITY FOR ADDERELY VILLAGE AND SURROUNDING AREA. A NUMBER OF GROUPS MEET REGULARLY, USUALLY WEEKLY, AND THE HALL IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE ON A ONE OFF BASIS. A LICENSED BAR IS OPEN 3-5 EVENINGS A WEEK.A NUMBER OF EVENTS ARE ORGANISED BY THE TRUSTEES TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE HALL.

To act as a not-for-profit social enterprise which provides support for families affected or bereaved by the consequences and outcomes resulting from a loved one's harmful use of alcohol, drugs, gambling and/or other substances. To also promote awareness about how to deal with the nightmare of substance misuse through education and awareness presentations to schools and community groups.
Promoting effective primary care for people who use drugs and/or alcohol problematically and preserving and protecting their health, wellbeing and recovery.Developing, supporting and encouraging the role of general practitioners (GPs) and other health professionals to work in primary care with people who use alcohol and drugs.Providing a forum for primary care drug and alcohol practitioners.
ARA provides services to help people who have drug,alcohol and gambling addiction problems. ARA also provides services to help people with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
The Trust provides mentoring and support to the addictive community via a radical new telephone service or through group training and other routes.. Managed by ex-service users, the Trust also assists recovering addicts back to main stream education and/or employment.
The Society initiates and supports Village projects relating to Heritage, Environment and Community. It also comments on planning issues, publishes books of local interest, holds 11 meetings each year for education or entertainment & publishes monthly newsletters. It awards grants for projects that will benefit the Village and presents Civic Pride Awards each year to individuals and groups.

THESE SERVICES INCLUDE SHOPPING BUSES, LUNCH CLUBS, EXTEND EXERCISE CLASSES, SOCIAL EVENTS, TRANSPORT TO HEALTH APPOINTMENTS, CLINICS AND HOSPITALS, BEFRIENDING AND NON TECHNICALADVICE SERVICES. SMALL DOMESTIC ODD JOBS ALSO UNDERTAKEN BY VOLUNTEERS. WE DO NOT MAKE FINANCIAL GRANTS

Addison's Disease Self Help Group covers the UK and Ireland. It promotes the relief of persons with Addison's Disease and other forms of adrenal insufficiency, in particular by the provision of support, information and communication for such persons, their families and carers and by such charitable means as the trustees determine.
