Ty Ffynnon Childcare provides wraparound care for all children attending Ysgol Ty Ffynnon. A playgroup is run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9.30am till 11.30am for 2 year olds. Nursery Plus runs from 11.30am until 3pm for parents to access full day care for nursery age children. After school club runs Monday to Friday from 3pm till 5.30pm for all years in the school.
The PTA serves to support the children and stakeholders of Tycroes School by providing funding and donations to increase opportunities and supplement the education and environment of the children.

Fundraising for Ysgol Y Ddwylan
We aim to bring together the Parents and Friends of Ysgol y Deri School, fundraising to help the many Disabled pupils of our School, provide opportunities, therapies, specialist equipment and support to fulfil their true potential.
The PTA primarily raises funds, through two events the Summer and Christmas fairs. All parents are asked to participate - manning stalls, providing donations of produce to sell etc. The money raised is used to purchase specific items e.g. computer equipment or to improve the whole school environment.
The money raised by hosting numerous school events is used to buy school equipment, help with transport costs for educational school trips etc., all with the aim of enhancing the education of the children attending Ysgol Y Ffin.

The Cylch Meithrin is a pre-school playgroup run through the medium of Welsh. Children aged 2 years to school age attend 2.5 hour sessions a day or attending all day. Children access the setting on 3 year old funding, on Childcare Offer hours, Flying Start and fee paying.
