To relieve sickness and to promote the good health of the elderly in Zimbabwe

Currently raising funds for sanitation improvement, clean water and medicine for community. Also set up creche for children - now operational. Buy second hand clothes and export them for the community. Agricultural activity to alleviate famine. Buy fertilizer for the community - very important this. Will carry out many development projects in future.

Furtherance of the Christian faith through charitable deeds focused on helping the needy and morally supporting those in distress.

We find-raise for mainly Zimbabwe, but if we identify any need, we can also do activities here in the UK.

ZET supports grass roots organisations in Zimbabwe to deliver projects for vulnerable and marginalised young people. Projects are education focused and vary to include; life skills, vocational skills and work experience, health, birth registration and access to basic human rights, as well as teaching about conservation agriculture.

Our main activities: 1.The prevention or relief of poverty and sickness in rural communities in Zimbabwe by providing or assisting in the provision of education2.The advancement of education for school age children: School fees and school equipment projects.3.The relief of sickness and preservation of health of people living in rural communities: hospital/ community facilities renovation.

Zimbabwe Life Project is a group of mental health nurses, doctors and therapists in the UK who have come together with one aim, to develop a skills exchange program with mental health professionals in Zimbabwe which will be marked by participatory exchanges of knowledge, skills and experiences.

Religious services

The charity provides youth work provision in Newport, Wales and Mufakose, Zimbabwe which is supported by a Welsh government scheme through Hub Cymru Africa. We use the vehicle of sports and arts to empower young people and their communities. To provide opportunities for young people to be purposely active in pursuing the wellbeing benefits, career potential while promoting community cohesion.

ZPT supports beneficiary churches in Zimbabwe in their ministry and mission by providing theological training, supplying bibles and support with education and health needs.We also seek to relieve poverty amongst beneficiary churches and their wider communities. In 2024 we launched a special appeal for funds to address the current famine conditions being experienced as a result of the drought.

In line with the charity objectives to relieve financial hardship, sickness and poor health amongst pensioners in Zimbabwe, in particular, but nor exclusively by making grants for food and medicines for Zimbabwean pensioners.

Our aim is to improve educational opportunities in rural Zimbabwe and to provide new facilities and resources, by working in partnership with schools and other institutions.

The Zimbabwe Victims' Support Fund makes grants to partners in Zimbabwe who provide humanitarian aid and material assistance(a) to relieve suffering in Zimbabwe among the poor, the dispossessed and victims of political violence and their families; and(b) to assist with the rebuilding of communities through projects that enable them to become self-supporting

the charity plans meetings regularly to support ministers of religion in tackling challenges that are facing. The meetings are sponsored through our voluntary giving. We also seek help from other charities involved in the same activities.

Zimele UK exists to:1. fundraise to support the work of Zimele in Southern Africa,2. raise awareness of poverty and HIV in rural communities in Southern Africa,3. promote the development of projects that encourage independence and initiative rather than giving hand-outs,4. develop markets for the products made through the projects.
