Zion Arts Centre Ltd t/a Z-arts is committed to inspiring and enabling generations of young people from Manchester and beyond to use creativity to reach their potential. We offer a wide range of creative activities across all art forms including visual art, drama, music and dance as well as a varied theatre programme specifically aimed at children and family audiences.

The principal purpose of the Church is the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination. The Church may also advance education and carry out other charitable purposes in the United Kingdom and/or other parts of the world.

The Church was open every Sunday throughout the year to hold its Sunday morning worship service with the celebration of communion. We have continued to support mission and.the spiritual growth of our youth continues through our Sunday morning programme. During the year our pastoral team have assisted the pastor in offering much needed help and prayer to those within our fellowship and outside.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES SUNDAYS AND WEEKDAYS.

The advancement of Christian faith according to Baptist principles in accordance with the Church's statement of faith. This is achieved by offering services such as Sunday services, midweek prayer meetings, bible studies, holding adult and children clubs, ladies' coffee mornings, informal gatherings to consider Christian faith and activities to promote mission and matters of social concern.

These include but are not restricted to: regular public worship, prayer, Bible study, preaching and teaching; baptism following Baptist practice; communion; evangelism and mission; nurture and growth of Christian disciples; pastoral care; Christian training; teaching and inclusion of young people; supporting charitable social action; encouraging relationships with Baptists and other Christians.

Small grants are made to female individuals who are in need of financial assistance and who worship at Sherwood United Reformed Church.

The Charity holds regular church services in Peterborough and other towns in the UK in order to spread the word of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ on Earth, to proclaim the Gospel of Salvation, baptise and Heal the sick and to prepare people for the rapidly changing world enabling them to improve the socio-economic situation by utilising resources within their reach.

A Free Church preaching and upholding the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Pastor participates in assemblies in the local schools. The Church supports missionaries and a pastor in Serbia both in prayer and some financial support.
