COMMUNITY REGENERATION

Formed as a Limited Company in 1994 the Trust became a registered charity 1995. The principle mission and objective of the Trust is to regenerate Amble by taking a lead in most aspects of economic, social and community regeneration in partnership with other agencies to provide the conditions and infrastructure for the restoration of community self-confidence, self esteem and economic prosperity.

Amblecote Community Church is a community of Christians who share a passion for the transformation of their communities. We work with all age groups and people from varying backgrounds with an aim of sharing the love of God. Areas of work include; Learning and mentoring, Poverty and injustice, Pastoral care, Healing and personal wholeness, Community development, Prayer and worship.

Activities to protect and preserve and stimulate public interest in the area covered by the Parish of Ambleside, and to promote high standards of town planning and architecture in the area.

Providing a community hall.

We organise fundraising activities to support the upkeep of Ambrosden Village Hall as a valuable community asset. The charity also maintains the Village Hall.

To provide a village hall to be run and maintained to a good standard by the Carter Institute Management Committee "without distinction of political, religious or other opinions" for the inhabitants of Kencot. Also to provide of financial relief either generally or individually to residents of Kencot who are in need, hardship or distress.

The charity is establish to run Amerdale Hall, the village hall for Littondale, North Yorkshire. It provides a community space for events, both private and for the benefit of the community.

THE ASSOCIATION LETS OUT ITS ROOMS TO CLUBS, SOCIETIES, CHARITIES AND MANY OTHER USERS

Amersham Band encourages participation and enjoyment of music played by a modern brass band, The band serves the local community in Chiltern District and the surrounding area. Various bands and groups are provided for entry level, intermediate and advanced players. The band performs at concerts and at a range of public events. Activities also include rehearsals, open workshops and demonstrations.

Amersham Common Village Hall is for the use of residents of Amersham and the surrounding area for meetings, recreation and leisure activities.

We are planning to raise 50K for an elementary school (grade 1 - 8) in Ethiopia by the end of 2020. The project location is Gifit-Kola,? Bassona Worana Woreda in North Shoa Zone of the Amhara Region in Ethiopia. Our main focus is to support the local community effort to build the school.

Community Hall

A Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Ampfield, without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for that community. .

The village hall is used on several days of the week. The user groups include toddler group, occasional use by the local school, art classes and fitness classes, historical society, gardening club, church youth group and community library.The hall offers excellent facilities for meetings, lectures, receptions, exhibitions, coffee mornings, theatrical entertainments and dances.

THE CHARITY PROVIDES AND MAINTAINS A VENUE FOR VILLAGE ORGANISATIONS AND SOCIAL EVENTS. ALL AGE GROUPS USE THE FACILITIES PROVIDED.

The Trust has a policy of supporting the efforts of Rotary International (RI)in the fulfillment of the Object of Rotary. Rotary mission is the achievement of world understanding and peace through local, national and international humanitarian, educational and cultural programmes. The Trust also focuses on the needs of the local community through charities, organisations and specific individuals.

We donate to both local and national charities and causes, through organising and hosting events and fundraising activities in our local area and by having a presence at local community events.

A community hall serving the needs of many organisations in Bedfordshire for various functions. Comprises hall, stage, committee room, kitchen and bar. Hired through bookings officer (see email or by phone 01525 634215). Uses include weddings, birthdays, barn dances, tea dances, quiz nights, drama performances, dog shows, breast cancer screening, exhibitions, charity fundraising.

We are set up to empower women to progress in Mosques We do this by delivering services for community benefit in mosques.Develop the capacity of women to reach their potential. Provide a voice for Muslim women on issues that impact them.

We organise a number of activities and provide services to advance and promote inter-cultural, inter-faith and inter-communal dialogue, understanding and appreciation in the UK. We do this by organising talks, knowledge & skills based courses and cultural events in order to help advance social awareness, education and integration within our local community.
