Provide facilities for village events.

The Association runs the Balmoral Centre for the benefit of one of the most disadvantaged wards in the UK. It is the only community facility, and promotes community cohesion in an area of intense multicultural diversity. It runs projects to help disadvantaged, vulnerable people play a fuller role in the community through improved life choices and chances, and social and community involvement.

The charity manages a community space for the use of residents of the Balsall Common and Berkswell parish councils and surrounding districts. We provide some activities ourselves such as community events, community cinema, food share cafe, short mat bowls and table tennis. We also hire out the space for community activities which include dance, exercise, education and parties

Provision of facilities for village sports and social activities

A fund raising ceremony was organised in July 2008. The charity sent was formed to fund the scholarship scheme in Bamendankwe Cameroon. Donations are already accepted from members of BAMEDCA, a community group in the UK

We provide opportunities for residents of Bamford and the surrounding area to participate in and benefit from arts activities, enabling us all to know each other better and to build a deeper sense of community within the village.

Bamford Community Centre is currently used by a Pre-School Playgroup, and the local ladies group.It is also available for casual letting for parties, dance classes, local meetings and other functions as and when required.

Bamford Village Institue is a village hall owned in trust for the benefit of the people of Bamford and surrounding area.

Our goal is to work with residents of Bancroft and surrounding areas to improve our local community. We do this in a variety of ways, offering free training to help tackle unemployment in the area, community fun days and trips to help improve social cohesion and fun and stimulating evening clubs to provide the people of Bancroft with a fun social setting

BBA is a volunteer-led organisation based on Clapham Common, formed to promote environmental sustainability, food growing and the support of wildlife. BBA has three growing spaces including a large community garden with a field kitchen. These provide people with an opportunity to get outdoors to learn, share and practise horticultural skills, meet people and be at one with the natural world.

We deliver a Community Centre provision and the activities we deliver include Welfare Benefit Advice Services, Community Development sessions, Adult and children educational activities, training, recreational activities and healthy cooking.

The charity provides a platform for our donors and members to support some of the poorest people in the Bangladesh. Our primary areas of work are education, livelihood support and health in certain parts of Bangladesh. In addition to this we participate in community support initiatives in London, in the United Kingdom.
