Activities include quarterly publication of a village magazine, publication and dissemination of walks and information leaflets, managing the Community Library, running Pantomime and Youth Theatre groups, attempting to establish a new community building, Twinning Association, arranging events including entertainments and street markets, heritage activities etc.
We provide social activities for all ages. The Hall is for hire for local events. The Hall has a number of regular hirers that offer children's activities, sporting activities and auctions. It is also used for Parish Council Meetings and elections. The Hall is the only amenity in the village.
Barrowden Village Hall CIO provides a space for recreation and leisure, health and wellbeing, social cohesion and promotes inclusivity of the residents of Barrowden and the surrounding area.

We provide a community hub for self-help groups like the AA, and other organisations such as the WI, PC and PCC.
