Organise various activities for village residents some fund raising some activities subsidised by Baycliff Community Association. Also B.C.A. Funds raised are used for the upkeep of the village park and it's equipment plus some events around the village.

Publication of monthly Village Magazine delivered to all 2500 homes in the area free of charge. Organisation of Social Events and Community activities, maintenance of flower beds in village, make grants to other organisations and individuals in line with Association's objectives.

BD4 Community Trust runs two projects with the aim of Supporting and Restoring Community across the Generations. BD4 Family provides services for pre-school children and their families including Parent & Toddler Groups, Healthy Lifestyle Activities, Nursery Preparation and Infant Massage classes and Gems provide a Day Centre, Supermarket Bus Run and Outings for the older people in the community.

Beaminster Yarn Barton Community Centre serves as an information and services hub for Beaminster and the surrounding area. The centre is open every morning Monday - Saturday, and is a focal point providing information for residents and visitors. It delivers services on behalf of local authorities, supports its own activities and of community groups, advertises local events and provides room hire.

Bearley Village Hall Trust manages the Village Hall and playing field for the benefit of the parish of Bearley. The trustees consist of representatives of various interest groups in the village together with up to five independant trustees. The Hall is used mainly for meeting and social purposes together with occasional commercial use. Cricket and football is played on the sports field.
