We are a Scout Group operating in Retford. We are open to anyone from the age of 4 up to 18 years old, boys and girls, and adults can volunteer as leaders, parent helpers or committee members.
Provide Scouting for boys and girls from 6 years to 14 years (Beavers, Cubs and Scouts). Scouting actively engage and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

The above Charity is part of the Scout Association and is an educational charity, with the objective of guiding the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
The main purpose of our executive committee's work is to maintain funds to provide an HQ for scouting activities which benefit young people from age 6 to 25. Scouting activities offer young people opportunities for education, training sports & recreation. We also provide equipment to enhance these skills. Our HQ is situated in Rothwell & is also used by many other local groups.

All activities within Scouting are provided for young people aged 6 to 25. The activities are of a social and educational nature in and around Warwick.
Scouting Activites: Beavers, Cubs and Scout Groups meet weekly
Activities for young people following the award/badge system as developed by the Scout Association. We offer fun, adventure, interest to develop the young people in a safe environment.
Outdoor activities for young people and children. Training and participation in various practical activities including first aid, handicrafts, outdoor skills. Activities designed to develop character and social skills. All activities have a strong ethical basis.

Rehoming unwanted huskies and snow dog breeds throughout the United Kingdom.
A small rescue for cats, based in Sheffield S8, helping cats from many areas but prioritising those in S8, and re-homing throughout Sheffield and surrounding areas (Rotherham, Dronfield, Chesterfield etc).
