To advance the education of the pupils of Abbey Park first School.

Abbey People works with the Statutory and Voluntary sector, along with local residents, to seek to bring improvements to the Abbey Ward area of Cambridge.We do this through running events, groups, networking, providing training and information, fundraising, partnering with other charities and groups and responding as appropriate to the input of local residents.

To help our members and the wider public maintain or improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing, build diverse skills and confidence, reduce social isolation and connect with their community. Through our commitment to equality and diversity and provision of inclusive services and support we aim to break down the stigma of mental ill health and build understanding and empathy.

To promote musicals, plays, drama, comedies, operas, operettas and other dramatic and operatic works to educate and further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts.

We are a Baptist Church which serves the Community. We have times of worship, Bible studies, Prayer Meetings, Toddler Groups, Soup Lunch, After School Club, Brunch Clubs during the school holidays, Gardening groupBarrow Food Bank,Recreation activities - Brownies, dance group, music rehearsals and shows.Training - Casualty Union, Assistance Dog training.Children's Parties

To advance the education of pupils in particular by 1. Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; 2. engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Primary School Parent Teacher Association - fund-raising for school activities for pupils

Abbey Community Association provide classes for pre school and have church groups muslim prayer and many community activities.

Meet each Sunday morning to worship and learn more about Christian truth. Meet on-line or in person (Wednesday evenings) for discussion of Bible teaching and prayer. Teach children and provide activities to promote learning. Offer free children's activities in local market. Support members of the local community through Safe Families and Christians Against Poverty.

We are a Community Centre with two Halls (one Large-capacity 120, one small-capacity 40) available for hire to local people of all ages for regular group meetings or private functions. We have a very busy schedule of many varied Groups meeting during the week and weekend private hire.

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Abbeydale and the neighbourhood without distinction and to associate with the inhabitants, local authorities and voluntary organisations to advance education and provide facilities in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants while securing the existing community centre.

The Abbeyfield Society Ltd, concept is as simple as it is unique: create a warm, family-style, trustee -run and community-focused house that offers seniors an easy-going balance between privacy and companionship, security and independence. Our community-based housing alternative that enables healthy seniors to live independently and in place in a non-institutional setting happily and safely.

Provision of supported sheltered accommodation for up to 13 independent older people in 12 x studio flats and 1 x maisonette in one building, Harding House, in Exmouth, East Devon. Two cooked meals a day in communal dining room. Residents prepare own breakfasts. Communal lounge and garden. General and domestic support provided by staff - not 24 hours. Residents buy in personal care if needed.
