To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Abbots Bromley and the surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare.

Relief of poverty, provides help towards the purchase of special equipment for handicapped, and has yearly distribution of income from the Charities to help those in need in the Parish

Our PTFA consists of a group of parents, staff and friends of the school who join together to hold events throughout the year. The money that we raise is used to purchase resources and experiences that benefit all of our pupils. Recent purchases include musical instruments, a Christmas pantomime and home/school planners for every child. We also help to build links with the local community.

We provide care for children attending Abbots Halls Primary School, Stowmarket, Suffolk before and after school.

The Trust owns Abbots Hall, a number of buildings and some 65 acres of land. All of this was let to the Museum of East Anglian Life(now known as the Food Museum) and included in two 120 year leases date 1/9/2004.The Abbots Hall Trust is concerned with monitoring the two leases to the museum and with liaising with the museum and other bodies where appropriate.

Provides and maintains affordable a suitable accomodation for a variety of groups in the local community. Particular emphasis is placed on activities for the elderly people with disabilities or learning difficulties, the young and children and their parents.

The objects of the charity are to educate the public of Abbots Langley and surrounding areas in, and increase their appreciation of, the operatic and dramatic arts.

Bringing live music to area in which Abbots Langley Orchestra operates under the aegis of a professional conductor and using mainly professional soloists to give audience best experience. To give orchestra members opportunity of playing solo in concertos. Short talks on structure and context given before each piece. ALO expands its repertoire by undertaking contemporary or rarely performed works

A self -help Parent/Carer Baby & Toddler Group Providing a range of activities for young children.

We are an amateur community theatre group based in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire. We produce produce and present plays, and other theatre-related activities such as workshops, open evenings and play readings, as well as social events. We welcome the active participation of the community in all our activities.

Each year Abbots Langley School Association organise various events: Christmas and Summer fetes, quiz nights, discos, book sales, plant sales, etc.. All monies raised from these and other smaller events is donated to Abbots Langley School and is used to pay for upcoming projects.

Organise an annual 10K and supporting races to raise funds to support local causes both individual and groups.

Cleaning and maintenance of war memorial in the churchyard of St Lawrence Parish Church, Abbots Langley.

Recreation classes and entertainment for the residents of Abbots Morton parish and close vicinity.

To provide facilities for recreation and leisure time to improve the lives of the inhabitants of the Risedale Ward by securing the establishment of the Community Centre and to maintain, manage and co-operate with local statutory authority in the maintanence and management of the Community Centre. Activities to raise money for the school and promote the whole school experience for the children attending. Encourage interaction between parents, staff and pupils.

We are a small community centre based in the heart of Catford. Our aim is to provide the community a safe and welcoming place where people can participate in healthy activities such as sports, gardening and eating homemade healthy food. We have a beautiful volunteer lead community garden where we grow our own produce for people to enjoy our homecooked food.

We run a pre-school for up to 26 3-5 year olds employing 6 qualified staff Monday to Friday.
