Our mission is to transform the lives of young people from disadvantaged communities through sport.We support volunteer-led sports clubs to reach their full potential to connect young people in their communities with the social and health benefits of sport.We help club leaders and volunteers make the most of their passion and dedication providing advice, connections, and funding.

Access the Dales exists to break down the barriers that prevent people living with disabilities enjoying the great outdoors either independently or with their friends and family. We will do this wherever need, demand and our capacity allow, by making all-terrain mobility vehicles available to borrow at outdoor locations in the north of England. We are sharing information

Access Theatre is a company for adults with learning disabilities and a range of physical and sensory impairments. We meet weekly at Launceston Town Hall for drama and dance activities and regularly produce high-quality public performances . The members are supported by volunteers. We employ an experienced professional dance/theatre practitioner. New members are always welcome.

Delivering free legal support in England so we all get the social care we have a right to. Providing access to a network of solicitors and barristers. Filling the gap left by legal aid to ensure access to justice.Working with communities and public bodies to uphold the rule of law. Shaping a future where social care is adequately funded.

We have had meetings every week during last 18 months with the blind people on the Skype in Persian language,(we have some recording about ceremony meetings and Some question and answers)We have done lots of questions and answers for using VoiceOver in iPhone in the worldwide in Persian language at WhatsApp social media, Also we had some over phone

Provide information, support and training to disabled individuals and organisations and businesses who work with disabled individuals

Accessible Arts & Media runs a range of inclusive creative learning and wellbeing projects for groups including disabled adults and young people, older people with dementia and people with enduring mental health problems. Our projects help people develop the skills and confidence to connect with their local community and have more of a say in the things that matter to them.

To provide boating for people with disabilities in two boats equipped for the disabled and their carers.

We provide a range of Accessible Boating opportunities for people of varying abilities to engage together in water related activities on open water, which we believe has a therapeutic effect. Our services are delivered in the Thames Valley and our model is in development for replication on a national basis.

To provide community transport schemes.

BCCS provides a counselling service for the residents of the London Borough of Bromley that is affordable and accessible. It provides professional development opportunities for staff and volunteer counsellors working in the borough.

The Accessible Friends Network (TAFN) provides support, training and social activities run by and for blind and visually impaired people, via the internet and VoIP conferencing.

The advancement of the art of music for the public benefit in the UK among children and young people up to the age of 25, in particular children and young people who are disabled and have additional needs and their siblings, by providing accessible and inclusive opportunities for such children and young people to participate in and experience music.

TO ADVANCE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY RAISING AWARENESS OF RELIGIOUS BELIEFS AND PRACTICES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING AMONGST CHURCH COMMUNITIES

The Charity has two linked charities: Ring and Ride West Midlands and WMSNT (Accessible Transport Services). These operate 528 highly accessible minibus type vehicles to provide transport for people of all ages who suffer from mobility problems and 87 larger buses which fulfil Community Bus services. The Charity also provides CPC and NVQ based training to local authorities and other agencies.

The object of the Company is to provide a Community Transport service for such of the inhabitants of West Somerset and surrounding areas who are in need of this service because of age, sickness, deprivation, disadvantage or disability (mental or physical), or poverty, or because of a lack of availability of adequate and safe public passenger services.

Activities include tackling health inequalities and all forms of abuse, providing information and training to communities and professionals to raise awareness. Working with other organisations to develop services, deliver practical health and well-being programmes to tackle health inequalities amongst minority communities in Bedfordshire.
