Action Against Abduction's mission is to keep our children safe from abduction. To do this we: 1. Develop policy and practice that prevents child abduction2. Develop policy and practice that achieves positive outcomes in cases of child abduction3. Research and analyse the nature and scale of child abduction4. Ensure parents and professionals are equipped to keep children safe.
Action Against Abuse is a support service which helps high risk victims of DA and their families, obtain protective orders such as Non Molestation Orders when they cannot afford a solicitor. AAA will provide a wraparound service that includes risk assessment, safety planning, emotional support and signposting.
ACTION AGAINST AGE RELATED MACULAR DEGENERATION ('AAAMD') WILL FACILITATE FUND RAISING FOR BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INTO THE TREATMENT OF AMD AND BE A DATA SOURCE OF RELATED INFORMATION. AAAMD IS AN EQUAL COLLABORATION BETWEEN BLIND VETERANS UK, FIGHT FOR SIGHT, MACULAR SOCIETY AND THE SCOTTISH WAR BLINDED. THE EXISTING CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF THE FOUNDERS WILL CONTINUE ALONGSIDE AAAMD.
