Young people take part in a range of activies from camping to making handicrafts. They are awarded badges for achievements and also take part in District events.

The Beavers, Cubs and Scout meetings at 1st Lichfield Scouts provide weekly activities for children between the ages of 5 and 14. The groups take place at Leasowe Scout Hall with opportunities for trips, camps and other off site activities throughout the year. 1st Lickey Scout Group actively engages and supports young people from Lickey and the surrounding area in their personal development empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. 1st Lickey runs Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts for young people from age 6 years to 18 years. Activities include camping, survival skills, outdoor cooking.
